Request for Immediate Removal of Incorrect Product Review

Hi Team,

I am reaching out to report a two-star review that has been incorrectly associated with our product listing. The review does not discuss our product—a rug—but instead describes issues with a bed, making it evident that this review was mistakenly posted on our listing.

The review reads:

"Love the bed, very unhappy about putting it together

I love the bed, but whomever drilled the holes did NOT do a complete job, some screws fall in while others DON’T fit...I had to go to my local screw store to get help...I didn’t return only because my husband tore the box so this was a complete loss of money."

As you can see, this review does not pertain to our rug product and misleads potential customers. I am concerned about the negative impact it is having on our listing, as it is unfair to us and confusing for customers.

We have taken multiple steps to address this, including:

- Submitting a case with Amazon support,

- Emailing the community team three times, and

- Reporting the review directly using the "Report" button under the review.

However, despite these efforts, the review remains on our listing.

Following the forum post, "So you want to remove a customer review?", we understand that if a reported review is not addressed despite a clear violation, submitting a thread here on Seller Forum may prompt a review of the case.

I respectfully request the removal of this incorrect review from our product listing as it clearly violates Amazon’s Community Guidelines by discussing a different product.

It's doubtful the review will be removed as it doesn't violated any guidelines, but if you want to continue pursuing, you'll need to post a Seller Support case ID and tag a Community Manager.
