I initiated FBA shipment FBA189TFFR2W on 2024/8 and Amazon completed the inbound operation on 2024/Sep.
However, due to a duplicate registration issue with Amazon, it incorrectly overcharged 1x for the item and inbound configuration.
Now Amazon has updated itself with the wrong number of items, but the inbound configuration fee has not been refunded.
So I initiated an investigation into the issue on 2025/1, and after repeated communications, the customer service agent listed the inbound configuration details and confirmed the issue with the shipment.
The customer service staff said they had sent the problem back to the relevant team for investigation, nearly 2 months have passed, but there has been no feedback from the relevant team, and the overcharge has not been refunded.
