MOD Help - Product Compliance for Months
Hopefully a mod can help.
We had this tested at an applicable lab - Amazon Canada and UK approved. I have even uploaded a document from the lab showing these line items are N/A
Amazon US asking for items that just have nothing to do with the product which only has one plastic piece.
They ask for:
• ASTM F963 - 23- 4.3 Toxicology
• ASTM F963 - 23- 8.13 Moth Activated toy
• ASTM F963 - 4.14 / 8.23 Toys with cords, straps and elastics
• ASTM F963 - 4.20 Pacifier
• ASTM F963 - 4.22 Teether
• ASTM F963 - 4.23 Rattle
• ASTM F963 - 4.25 Battery Operated Toys/Electrical Operated Toys
• ASTM F963 - 4.27 Stuffed and Beanbag-type toys
• ASTM F963 - 4.29 Art Materials
• ASTM F963 - 4.34 Balls
• ASTM F963 - 4.38 Magnets
99% of these items arent even in the scope of our product that has one plastic piece. Its like they are just asking for random items.
Small business just trying to launch our product.
I even re-uploaded the cpc certificate with these items as we had the lab just throw them on anyways even though it makes no sense Amazon is asking for them to be included.
Can someone help me with this open case ids:

I just wanted to stop by and let you know I have gone ahead and escalated CASE ID 16629960771 associated with the ASIN that remains unapproved due to the requested testing from the Compliance team. I heard back from the Compliance team and they did reiterate that additional testing needs to be done on the following sections:
- ASTM F963- 23 Section 4.6 / 16 CFR 1501 Small parts
- ASTM F963- 23 Section 8.5 - Use and Abuse Tests
- ASTM F963- 23 Section 8.7 - Impact Test; Drop Test
- ASTM F963- 23 Section 8.8 -Torque Test
- ASTM F963- 23 Section 8.9 -Tension Test
- ASTM F963- 23 Section 8.10- Compression Test
