I have an issue with the packing slip. When I print the packing slip without buying the shipping label, everything is correct, and I can see all the customized information on the packing slip. However, once I try to print the packing slip together with the label, there is missing customization information. We need to see all the information and this is so weird. Why do I have to print them separately and match them one by one? It would be easier if we could print them together so that we know which label belongs to the packing slip with custom information. Also, it helps us prevent mistakes. For now, we print the labels first then print the packing slip, and then match them one by one. Any help will be appreciated. @Seller_RsATYbG9XP0HP

I got a package back from the AMZ warehouse that was unfililable inventory. Usually there is a packing slip inside the box but there is no packing slip inside the box and the item I received back is not an item I have ever sold in my store. All I have is the tracking number, label and a barcode on the side of the box. I tried calling seller support to get information on how to request a reimbursement but the rep was horrible and told me that since there is no packing slip inside the box I can't request for a refund. The warehouse messed up and didn't put the packing list inside the box. I need help from a mod or someone so I can get this issue fixed because the customer support I received was terrible!

I was trying to print shipping labels with the bulk printing option, but when I do, it automatically prints the packing slip too. I dont need to print the packing slip. Any way I can avoid this, is there an option just to print labels without packing slips? I am using the 8x 11 format to print. I appreciate any help.
