Prime logo badge not showing on my FBA listing
why do some of my FBA listings not have the blue prime logo and others do? how can I fix this?

Check your inventory that you shipped and make sure the ones that don't have it are checked in. Maybe they are still in the receiving stage. Then check those items and see how many are available for FBA.

In the "Prime badge display" section at Amazon's Prime badge policy, it mentions that "for offers with longer delivery times, we may not show the Prime badge, since the offers don't meet Prime customers' expectations for delivery speed."
One possible reason for the missing badge could be slower delivery times due to inventory distribution. I recommend checking your Inventory Ledger Report (Inventory Ledger report link)(help page link) to see which fulfillment centers your items are stored in. If some units are stored farther from customers, the expected delivery times might be longer, which could lead to the Prime badge not appearing on those listings.
