Hi, We shipped the Hand made rugs ($799) to buyer and received the refund request saying wrong item sent. I messaged the buyer to sent me picture of the product but they replied that they already packed the rugs and its a lot for them to open the package again and did not sent me the picture. Amazon automatically issued the return UPS label and yesterday we received the package and on opening the package to our surprise we found that their old used rugs without any tags were sent back to us and our new handmade area rugs of $799.99 is kept by buyer. My original product is not refunded, what should I do in this case? refund request is still open on dashboard. Its not deducted from my account. But I would like amazon not to issue to refund of this order because its clearly visible that buyer's intention is wrong and he purchased the product and kept the new one and returned a totally different item. It looks like a fraud.
