Good morning, can someone help me, I started selling on Amazon in July 2024 and from July until today I have sold exactly 43 items with ASIN: B0CW53BRKV, on the 6th now I received the statement below from Amazon my account was deactivated, I replied to them and sent the note of 44 items that were purchased of the 43 that were sold, describing the name and location of the purchase, everything perfect as they asked me, but I received a response saying that it was not enough to reactivate my account, if anyone can help me I would be very grateful

If you have any other documentation that can further show the authenticity, we would advise on providing this in addition to your invoice documentation.
