Brand Registry associate changed my brand name without authorization - HELP!
Someone please help me, I'm about to lose my mind here...
I contacted support because I needed help with something. Long story short, they decided to change my brand name as a resolution and closed the case. This was not what I requested at all. Their email:
Now no one will help me change it back. I have called them at least 5x and talked to multiple people. I've broken down and cried on the phone bc I think I'm losing my mind after being redirected so many times. One person mercifully was able to reopen some of the case tickets and said they would merge them together and add notes about what happened. I have emailed Brand Registry. I have emailed Seller Central support. Each one gives me the runaround and says to contact the other. Who the heck am I supposed to contact about this!? I never even asked them to change the brand name...
Please please please someone help...I went through all this effort to get enrolled in BR and now some random associate royally screwed me over.

Is there perhaps a different TM number that is associated with your brand?

I think I don't fully understand your question. You registered a brand in the USPTO called "SHADOW SEEKER".
Now, you don't like this brand anymore and want to use another one?
If yes, register another additional brand in the USPTO and create new listings with this new brand.

You are saying the brand you registered on Amazon is another brand then the one registered on USPTO. First, I do not know how you succeded in registering a different trademark than USPTO has. If they made a mistake they corrected it and you will not be able to have a different trademark than USPTO. They do not need your authorization to make the correction.
