restricted product polilcy - contains bimatoprost or isopropyl cloprostenate
We are selling a loofah pad/sponge, and like many others it was flagged as containing bimatoprost or isopropyl cloprostenate, which is just ridiculous.
There is no ingredient list, because there are no ingredients. It is a sponge. Sponges don't have ingredients.
Seller support is demanding to see an ingredient list to which we dont have. Packaging photos have been uploaded and they keep demanding an ingredient list.
We are stuck in a loop.
Case 15842134741, please help.
