Read onlyMy ASIN B07PGX6J45 (Peppermint essential oil, 1 fl oz) was recently classified as a dangerous good. The MSDS I provided states this product is not regulated as a dangerous good, yet the classification remains unchanged.
I checked similar products, and most are listed as non-dangerous goods. I do not understand why my product is classified differently.
I am confident that my product does not meet the criteria for dangerous goods.
Any advice?
This is what it boils down to. With over 1.1 million active sellers in the USA selling over 12 million different products, Amazon does not care about one individual product.
A MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) is not the same as a COC (Certificate of Compliance). A MSDS is quite easy to product on your own. It does state the product's content makeup, and directions as to what to do if ingested or has exposure to your eyes.
The COC is based on testing done by a reputable Lab. Do you have the COC document?
Good morning,
Thanks for posting! Have you reached to Seller Support regarding this ASIN and its mis-categorization?
