My asin is B086XGP61C and its under review and i submitted the SDS file and it keep rejected with the reason it has no UNID code.

We are manufacturer, brand owner and this product has no UNID code and its not dangerous good as well. We are selling this ASIN for the past 3 years and we never had issues.

There are 1000+ the same products and they are not considered as dangerous too.

My case number is 15604969111 and i need urgent help because my inventory is on hold.

Check our section 14 below which is internationally accepted.

Note that a representative sample of this material was selected and tested per UN test methods/UN Recommendation of the Transport of Danger ous Goods, 9thEdition for “self heating” properties. Testing results indicated that this material has passed the "TEST FOR SELF HEATING SUBSTANCES" as reflected in the UJ\J Manual of Tests and Criteria as a non self-heating substance. As a result of this testing no UN number is required for this non-hazardous product (Reference: RD 18010).

My essential oils are now classified as dangerous goods, requiring special handling. However, I believe essential oils in retail packaging should not be considered dangerous and shouldn't need special care. Additionally, I'm not allowed to use Amazon-provided carriers to ship them to FBA. I spoke with a UPS representative who confirmed there are no current restrictions on essential oils and they do not require special handling. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue?

We've been dealing with an issue for over a month with ASIN B0CK8P2BDR that keeps being classified as a dangerous good, when it isn't.

We have 5 stamp products that all use the same ink. We have uploaded the same safety data sheets for each item. 4 out of the 5 ASINs were classified as non-dangerous. The last ASIN, the best seller, and the one with the least amount of ink, keeps being classified as a dangerous good.

No matter how many cases we open, no matter how many times we upload the SDS we keep getting classified as a dangerous good.

We can't talk to anyone in that department to understand why this keeps happening or how to fix it. It's becoming absolutely ridiculous that the same SDS would be classified as non-dangerous 4 out of 5 times. One of the ASINs that was classified as non-dangerous was 3 bottles of refill ink, yet the product that has some ink in the stamp keeps being classified as dangerous.

None of it makes sense, and the constant reuploading and not being able to send in our product to sell is beyond frustrating and really inexcusable for a company this large.
