I submitted my appeal document for my patent infringement in the form of a letter of non-infringement written by a licensed attorney. This was last 6 days ago! When I uploaded my appeal materials it stated that my submission was received and I should expect a reply in 2-3 days. I have not heard anything from Amazon. I have not been able to sell for over 2 weeks and it is hurting my business. I need to make a decision about reordering before the holidays by the end of this month. Is there an update on my appeal status? When can I expect to hear back from Amazon?

About that 48 hour part---------------
EVERYTHING is backed up due to all the suspensions for people that simply can't be bothered to read any rules as well as other changes that they have made regarding ‘generic’ product rules.
Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That (insert a number) of hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.
Honestly if anything less than two to three weeks is 'too long' you are going to have a very stressful AND disappointing time on Amazon.
They are well known for making a snail look fast.
Sit back, relax, and study Seller U so your next message is not “please help with my Section 3 suspension”.

We have done the same thing (for our deactivated product) and have been waiting on an actual response from Amazon since late September. So far all we have received are bot responses saying "we don't have enough info to activate the listing" but it appears no actual human has reviewed any documentation we submitted.
Hello @Seller_mBJjSwJZ3rRvz,
Thank you for posting your concerns with a patent complaint.
I followed up on your situation with our account health team who confirmed you provided this dispute back on 10/31, and was still pending as of today when I received an update. I have since reached out to the appropriate teams who will further review the situation and your provided examples of non-infringement.
This team will follow up directly with you once the review is completed. You will be made aware of actions they have taken or if more information may be needed. They will also provide me with information once completed, allowing me to follow up here with you.

Hello @Seller_mBJjSwJZ3rRvz,
Thank you for following up on this.
I had to follow up on this as I myself did not receive any further communication. Upon review they do not state why these documents were not sufficient but advised they do not meet our requirements to address this situation. I do see they sent the general notification requesting proof of non-infringement.
If a letter of non-infringement is not sufficient, key information from your legal council may have been missing but as stated they never provide specific details on the reason why it cant be accepted. Typically what I can advise in this situation is to work with your legal council. They can assist in working with the rights owner to issue a retraction if this is not a valid complaint, or they can assist with a court order verifying a resolution to the situation as a whole.
Due to the nature of this situation, I don't have much more information I can offer at this time. If you work with your legal council to provide some information or additional documentation, I can still assist in making sure the information is being reviewed by the appropriate teams, or provide what clarification I can.
