Parent ASIN Under Incomplete Status but Child ASIN's are with Active Status

Hi,

Does anyone have a clue, why Parent ASIN is under an incomplete listing? However, I clicked on the dropdown menu, and all of the Child ASINs are active.

Is it normal behavior, kindly share your expert opinion.
