I STILL HAVE MY ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED! I am waiting for a response, Amazon refunded me the money. Can I open an LLC and replace the information here in this account with my LLC data or can I open a new account with my LLC data? I want to go back to work. Please help me.

No and no. the system would in the first case recognize that the information doesn't match the FIRSTLY ENTERED original information and you cannot create a second account while your first one is deactivated.
You have to reactivate your first account, wait 90 days, close it properly. Wait two weeks and create a new account with your LLC data and another email address.
