Unable to update inventory

Hello,

Our product is out of stock, and we are unable to update the inventory. Every time we update from the UI or from the bulk Excel sheet, it gets updated for 5-10 minutes and then reverts to zero again. Has anyone else faced the same issue? I'm looking for help!!
