It has now been over two months since we submitted the compliance documents, and I have not received approval from the Product Compliance Team. Additionally, the ASIN is marked as "Inactive" due to a product safety issue. My inventory has been ready to ship during this time, but I am unable to proceed because the compliance review is still pending and the ASIN remains "Inactive."

Could you please confirm the status of my submissions and let me know if any further action is required on my part? Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated, as the delay is impacting my ability to serve my customers.

I need help with the complaince review just wish there was some update from the Amazon complaince review team. Wish there was a live comment section you as a seller can see where at least someone was assigned to you. Maybe a pending verification of cpc or verification of lab. Anything just so we know it's not just being thrown aside. I sent in my FBA shipment and I'm scared now that this complaince review will be alot longer than I thought. I'm now regretting sending in the FBA shipment. Especially if my labeling of the product is wrong in any way. I'm hoping for the best just trying to understand and maybe someone from Amazon can review this application and give me some guidance.

1)We have submitted CPC test report and certification for the product to compliant and is successfuly approved by Amazon.

2) After the listing was deleted by mistake, we asked the seller support team for verification, and the seller support team replied "The reply has been approved, but at present, there are still limitations in the system,Generally, if no problem is passed, it can be sold normally and will not be deleted". So we confirming that our product was deleted by mistake.

4)We took relevant measures after the problem occurred, we request seller support team to open an investigation to checked and make sure that all ASIN editing pages hasn't any children related title, bullet points, correct catalog, brand story, and element expressions in the images. We were shocked when Amazon mistakenly deleted the listing after we had successfully passed the compliance because we violated the same policy.
