Store is Inactive but I got chargerd and I can't contact support

my store is inactive but my credit card got charged. Since my store is inactive, I can’t contact support from there nor can I see anything regarding billing/invoices

By "inactive" do you mean SUSPENDED or are you just 'on vacation'? If you are on vacation you will still get charged since that is only supposed to be a short term 'suspension' of selling.

On the other hand, if you are suspended were you doing FBA? If so, do you have inventory in their warehouses?

If so, you will continue to be charged fees until it is all disposed of. If you can do a removal order get the stuff out of their hands. Depending on the reason for a suspension you might NOT be able to remove anything.

If you are really suspended, find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.

Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

In either case, downgrade to individual to stop the bleeding --
