After buyer purchased our electric scooter, buyer didn't want to apply for return for refund, but didn't go through the return tracking number, buyer made a claim after returning the item and then it was successful.
But we are not aware of the return logistics number, so we don't know the exact condition of the goods, now the claim has a very serious impact on our sales performance, which is not fair to us, I request to re-investigate and restore my performance!!!!
