Change of business structure , i would like to close my selller account and open fresh new seller with new comoany set up , if this recommened?
My current account is activated, however wasn’t in good health. It is sole trader business. I have closed that business under that name. And now i have a new company set up as pty ltd.
Can i closed or terminate my current seller account and restart a new fresh seller account?

As you've noted the account is active, but may be at risk if the health is not good. This would make closing the store impossible. Part of our account closure process requires all reasons for deactivation be resolved. Being at risk of deactivation for a specific would require that issue to be resolved.
