We received this claim on 29-08-2024. The customer has left negative feedback, stating that the bottom of the sofa cover was open. However, this issue is not our fault, as the cover is attached with a zipper, and the manufacturer mistakenly forgot to close it before packing the item.
We kindly request the removal of this negative feedback from our seller account. We appreciate your assistance and are looking forward to your response.

Well, you sent it in, if the manufacturer made a mistake, it should have been caught with your quality control before sending it in. So why wouldn't it be your responsibility? You sent in a defective item it sounds like and you said "this issue is not our fault"
