Amazon labeled my product HAZMAT when it is NOT Hazmat, so now a customer opened a return for simply "No longer Needed".
Thus the customer does not receive an automated prepaid shipping label.
Fine, so I need to provide the customer a return label, but the customer does not respond to my messages.
I contact Amazon for help and literally no help is given, they say they cannot contact the customer on my behalf, and that there is no way to upload a label to the orders page for the customer. The ONLY way to provide a return label is over Buyer Seller Messages.. great.. except the customer may not respond.
This is insane. From the incorrect labeling to the inability to simply upload a label from my end, to the total lie that Amazon cannot contact the customer on my behalf.
Any ideas?? I've already requested the ASIN be removed from HAZMAT marking, but this won't help me currently.
