Changing product images

I've taken now photos to update my product images. (private label). In seller central, I go to manage all inventory/select product/edit. That takes me to the product detail page. I select images.

Amazon shows me the images currently be used. Below that, I have uploaded the newer photos. How to do delete or modify the current images with the new images? It appears as though AMZ has my current images locked or whatever the term might be to describe not being able to replace the old with the new.

thanks.

You are going to need to open a case to have the images changed.

Good Morning @Seller_kQlh2UyqEu2gB, thank you for writing to us on the Amazon Seller Forums. I wanted to check in with you to see if you were able to troubleshoot adding the pictures you wanted on the detail page?

Here are some image troubleshooting help pages:

I wanted to call out a section on the 'Image Manager' help page:

To delete an image previously submitted by you, click the trash icon under the image thumbnail and confirm the deletion. Images shared between child ASINs will need to be deleted individually from each ASIN. You cannot delete the main images because all ASINs require a main image. Instead, you can replace the main image with a new image by clicking on the camera icon under the main thumbnail, which will delete the original image.

Please let us know if we can help answer any more of your questions or you may reach out to Selling Partner Support at anytime. Have a wonderful weekend!

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
