Our dresses are being misclassified as costumes and are requiring compliance documentation for kids toys.
Appeals are being rejected saying the product has characteristics of children's costumes, I've spoken to the catalog team who investigated and said there is nothing in the listing that should be confusing this as a children's costume. Included this in one of the appeals and it was still rejected.
How can I escalate this issue to a human?

Make sure your listings have nothing in them that mentions anything costume related and you don't have "costume" in your keywords or anywhere in your listing - it will flag the system and you will be asked for compliance documents that are irrelevant to your product.
Hi @Seller_0qyRtqm32cQSi,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am happy to assist wherever I am able to. If you can provide me a case ID, I can take a look at the ASINs that are being affected.
This is a long shot, but since it is clothing and you are getting a response that the has characteristics of children's costumes, is there a mention of dress-up or Halloween or something like that in the listing or search terms?
I can of course take a deeper look once you can provide a case ID and I'll see what I can find.
Best, Dougal
