Help!!!! No Featured Offer Eligibility Even With Good Peformance

Hello @Michelle_Amazon, @Roberto_Amazon, @KJ_Amazon, @Rose_Amazon, @Atlas_Amazon, I'm having an issue. Loss of featured offer eligibility across all FBM ASIN's with perfect health and performance with no explanation or solution as well twice within 1 months. Will you please review my case? The case ID: 17561017381. The example ASIN I gave says it's featured offer eligible on my manage inventory tab. Please review and recover our buy box eligibility!
