even we lost a high value shipment, ats team will show as if the order is returned in the tracking details, but the order will be never returned, but if we raise a ticket or safe-t claim, it will never be approved, and no investigation into the lost shipment.

Yes, it is fraud customers is activated on Amazon Portal. Not proper verification for customer's and ATS Shipping partner.
Now its frequent, Every day we got COD order from distance location where Shipping charges are high. After a day the we got the message "Customer Reject/Address undelivered"
Same customer also placed another order after some times.
Amazon definitely having algorithem how to track those people, coz their contact and all registration details with Amazon domain.
