I’ve been selling on Amazon for over two and a half years now, and during this time, I’ve gained a solid understanding of the platform and its rules. However, over the past 8 to 10 months, I’ve noticed that for many of my ASINs, the “Featured Offer” is not appearing. This means that when customers search for my products, they can’t see the yellow button to add items to their cart right away. Instead, they have to click “See more options” to purchase.
I’ve reached out in the past, and after some behind-the-scenes work, my sales saw a boost and I have noticed that most of my listing has Featured offer available. But the issue has resurfaced, and it’s significantly affecting my business. We are also looking to expand our product listings, but before proceeding, we need to understand what’s causing this issue.
Can someone from Amazon look into this and help resolve it? Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.
