How do we get Fedex to come get the packages we ship through our Amazon account? We do not have a Fedex account.

I'm assuming this is in regards to FBM orders, correct? You may have the most sucess taking the orders directly to a FedEx drop off location. To locate your nearest FedEx drop-off location or to track a package, go to FedEx.com. For special needs such as scheduling a pick up, inquiring about weekend services, and claims of loss or damage, call FedEx directly at 1-800-463-3339.
