Customer created A-Z claim for both 2 items when they received 1. Amazon paid them out for both

Here is the order number.

112-1054325-1600207

As stated in the title, a customer ordered 2 monitors.

We mistaken only sent one.

We sent a replacement as but it got lost in transit.

Customer (rightfully) got frustrated and started a claim.

Unfortunately they started a claim for both monitors instead of 1.

They even state in the claim that they received 1 of the 2 they ordered.

Amazon paid them in full.

We appeal stating the customer totally deserves a refund of 1 but not the full refund (these are $400 monitors).

We lost the appeal.

What can we do in this situation to get a refund for $400 for the monitor they received? (and admitted they received)

Anyone from Amazon going to reply?

Amazon has taken $400 and given it to the customer directly from our pocket!

Hey @Seller_1pGH84R7HL9DZ,

I'm glad to share that the escalation has been approved. Your account will be reimbursed and the ODR impact will be removed from your account.

Once again, thank you for being a part of the Seller Forums Community!
