I am already brand approved but need to request approval again while listing please help me

We need Brand Approval i provide all the document and my brand name is OURA

pls help me for approval

i am uploading photos of my brand's product and packaging, but I am not getting brand approval. I even have a trademark certificate, which is currently in the "formalities check pass" status. Despite this, I am unable to list my products. Please help me, as I have been trying for a long time.
