Cant change picture for an existing asin

Hi, so I wanted to list a product which turned out to have an existing ASIN already. So Amazon suggested i use the existing listing as template. So i spend some time changing eyery aspect of the existing listing exept the Asin and ean and stuff.

Now the problem: for some reason i cant change the existing pictures to pictures i made.

Could someone help me? Thanks.
