Customer requested to return item one day after delivery. Customer never returned item. Instead he decided to claim item not received after 34 days. A-z claim was granted in favor of buyer. My appeal was denied. Contacting Amazon support is useless and a waste of time to try and get assistance. Is there someone who can look at all the facts and provide help?
