I made a request for a review of an FBA ASIN to be re-classified around February 10th by submitting current and correct SDS docs. However, due to the internal system problems of Amazon, the documents received by the internal team have always been the old version: in fact, my product does not contain glue, but the team has always asked me to submit the SDS of glue. I have repeatedly applied for the seller support team through the case 17315269351 to transfer relevant documents to the internal team for me and to note that the product does not contain glue, but it took too long to follow up, and the team would only keep me waiting.
I was unable to ship to Amazon and the long wait time had a huge negative impact on my product sales. I was very depressed. I don't know how long I have to wait. I urgently need help to complete the hazmat review of my product as soon as possible.
