I received an email indicating that the product compliance documents have been approved, but the platform shows that they have been rejected.
The case ID is17441487951
Please provide me with the reasons for why the compliance documents were rejected.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent rejection of your documentation. I understand the concern and did want to get you assistance, so I did review the case information and worked with another team to get more information. I did see where our team has opened a review into the situation to better understand the reason for the rejection. At this time, I will not be able to provide any additional guidance as they are still in the process of reviewing.
