Unjust Suspension – No Resolution After 7 Months of Appeals!

After exhausting all possible appeal channels without success, I am reaching out here as a last resort in the hope of finding a resolution.

Why Was My Account Suspended?

My Amazon seller account has been suspended for nearly 7 months under Section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement due to inauthentic complaints. This happened despite the fact that:

  • The product in question was sold only during a 4-month online arbitrage period, during which I purchased it directly from Amazon.com, a marketplace where counterfeit products are not supposed to exist.
  • There were zero complaints, negative reviews, or even returns from customers.
  • At the time of the suspension, I had already transitioned to working exclusively as an authorized reseller for brands.

I Have Provided Every Document Possible

Despite having every necessary document to prove my legitimacy, I have made zero progress in 7 months. I have submitted:

  • Official invoices for the reviewed product
  • Bank statements showing payment for the product
  • Amazon customer service confirmation proving the product’s authenticity
  • Order confirmation, order shipped, and order delivered emails
  • Prep center invoice for packaging, labeling, and shipping
  • Delivery proof

No Matter What I Do, Nothing Changes

In my desperate attempts to resolve this, I have:

  • Submitted dozens of appeals via the Account Health page
  • Spoken to Account Health representatives on the phone
  • Sent emails to all available Amazon support channels
  • Contacted Amazon Seller Support via Twitter
  • Even mailed Amazon's legal department

Did you buy it using your PRIME account?

Amazon provides RECEIPTS, not invoices.

"Every response simply states that my documents have not been accepted, without explaining why."

AMAZON is NOT an authorized wholesale distributor of anything. There is no 'explanation' needed when you did not source properly.

"I am willing to cooperate in any way necessary to resolve this issue and regain access to my account."

Buy a time machine.

Go back to some random date BEFORE you started selling on Amazon.

Then spend MONTHS actually studying Seller U paying particular attention to the SOURCING section.

BUT, since you couldn't be bothered to learn the rules BEFORE you jumped in the River there is nothing that you can do.

Send a nice 'thank you' note to all the YouTube and TikTok video producers that you actually DID watch though. They need some BAD publicity to get them to stop feeding people nonsense.

You have no "Letter of Authorization" from the brand owner allowing you to sell his brand on Amazon. That detail is the only thing missing.
