OTDR Policy Help

Hello, this new OTDR is kind of confusing still. I have all my orders delivered usually two days before the delivery by date and my % is 68.35%

This number is horrible! I'm shipping everything through Veeqo so I do no understand why this number keeps going lower and lower.

Can anyone help me understand this and maybe advice me in some way on how to get it up? I ready some forums about the Automated Handling time... I do not know.

It's crazy! Amazon please leave us alone and let us run our business!

Promise gap = Promised delivery time - Actual delivery time Buyers received packages on average 2.8 days before the promised delivery date.Unnecessarily long delivery dates can deter buyers from purchasing your product.

I contacted seller support and asked them to verify that I had AHT SSA enabled and that I was covered so when things were questioned I could refer them to that Case ID. Use Amazon Buy Shipping and you are "supposed" to be covered. As far as Veeqo goes I would also open a ticket, since Veeqo is Amazon anyway. @SEAmod

We recently made some updates to how OTDR is calculated. One change that affected seller OTDR is that the metric is now calculated based on the "Promised delivery date without a promise extension." Please check your OTDR report; if you still see that you are being flagged for orders you see as delivered on time, share an Order or Case ID so I can review.

I included our announcement and OTDR FAQ for review. They include tools that can help sellers improve OTDR and meet the Amazon’s OTDR requirements
