My account is inactive in section 3. I have provided a return address in the automatic action settings. To return my products, will Amazon now ship the goods to the address I provided or dispose of them? Do I need to create a removal order?

Since your account is deactivated you can not create a removal order.
copy and paste here the deactivation notice from Amazon. If this is an IP or authenticity issue, Amazon will not return the goods.

According to your screenshot Amazon did initiate a removal by returning to you, but ONLY if the return address is in USA, the market you sell in. The units will arrive slowly slowly in batches.
