Issues with Brand Approval For a Brand That I Already Got Approved For
Issues with getting brand approval for BLUELAND brand using ASIN: B0C5S4CG81. I have been getting denied for the 12th time now after submitting all the required information for the invoice. I have renamed the file of the invoice several times and complied by providing any information that the application team has requested. The supplier has successfully delivered the product to my address. I got approved to sell the BLUELAND brand in another case, someone must have hit declined by accident. I tried calling Amazon support and talking to the internal team several times, but they all told me essentially the same thing about how only the application team can push this through and replying to them through the case is the only way to contact them. It has been a frustrating ordeal as they will reply by denying me again and again, oftentimes with no real reason why. Is there someone who possibly knows how to resolve this or someone from Amazon I could talk to help me with my issue?

The very first question anyone here will ask you is this:
Did you get approval / a letter of authorization from the brand?

Along with your invoice, send your Letter of Authorization from BLUELAND stating that you are authorized to sell their brand on Amazon. That should help a lot (invoices still need to be valid).

" I have been getting denied for the 12th time now after submitting all the required information for the invoice."
" I got approved to sell the BLUELAND brand in another case, someone must have hit declined by accident."
Let me rephrase this one for you --
I got approved to sell the BLUELAND brand in another case, someone must have hit APPROVED by accident.
You can apply 100 more times and you will be denied 95 times. You won't be denied 100 times because AMAZON is filled with BOTS (and people) that do NOT know the rules and you might get "lucky" a couple times. Of course, when a more knowledgeable BOT (or person) that actually KNOWS the NEW rules finds out what happened you will probably get suspended immediately.
Both @Seller_eyq5Q5mIyV5guand @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrwasked the right questions and pointed you in the direction needed since Blueland is in control of their own brand.
More and more frequently Amazon is taking a TWO STEP approach and you are probably caught with not doing one of the steps (or either one!)
You are likely confusing AMAZON allowing you to list (or at least "ungate") an item or category and actually being APPROVED to sell a product. Amazon may have ungated you for a CATEGORY but there can be 100's of brands in the category and they ALL have their own restrictions.
AMAZON is only interested in FEES. They will allow a chimpanzee to list if it means they collect $$$$$.
Additionally, brands that you COULD sell yesterday may be restricted today or next week. Amazon is a moving target to deal with.
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
If you have an LOA that specifically says you can sell on Amazon you MIGHT survive this. Is it POSSIBLE that the brand has sent Amazon a "whitelist" of approved sellers and did not have you on it? Contact your sales rep at the BRAND(S) involved and ask about their whitelist. (You DO have a rep at the brands, don't you?)
More and more brands are providing such a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.
NOTE the verification is required from the brand that the source is legitimate and authorized, NOT from one of those touted on TikTok and YouTube as having "thousands of brands and products" that assures you that they are authorized.
If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.

Hello @Seller_1OhyTXa18Y8Vi,
Thanks for posting this inquiry. I wanted to follow up with you regarding your concerns about your brand application. Generally, I have seen sellers submit one brand selling application and then get feedback from the review team if more information is required.
Once rejected the team requests new or additional documentation on that same application. Continuing to reapply for the same brand on new cases may be the reason why you are receiving the auto-rejection notifications.
I did want to provide the a link for Amazon's Responsible Sourcing documentation request requirements. Listed below are the requirements for sourcing documentation request:
Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured.
These documents:
• Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
• Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
• Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
A letter of authorization (LOA) can also be a valuable addition to your appeal in these situations If you’re sourcing directly from the brand or their manufacturer.
I also wanted to share our Seller University resource that addresses Invoice requirements for when you apply to sell.
Carefully review all the feedback @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw, @Seller_eyq5Q5mIyV5gu, @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp and I have shared with you regarding your brand application in order to continue moving forward in the application process. Please let us know if you have any questions about any of the information provided above.
Regards,
- Manny
