My Account Deativation,

Dear Amazon Account Health Support Team,

I’m seeking assistance regarding the deactivation of my account after a verification request on September 25, 2024. I verified my identity using my National Identity Card, but my account remains deactivated.

Despite submitting documents such as my Utility Bill, Bank Statement, Passport, and Business documents (EIN), I have only received notifications stating "Evaluation is completed" without further guidance.

Could you please advise on the next steps to reactivate my account?

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.

They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.……

Many times the verification fails because the new seller provided more then what was asked for.

Reread the verification request and ONLY send what is requested.
