Received a fake authenticity complaint- not sure if this is a competitor or someone who wanted a free product, as they were automatically refunded but we never received the product back. I am now blocked from the entire brand, which houses majority of my products.
I have supplied Amazon with my invoice, the invoice from my supplier from THEIR supplier (the literal brand I'm selling), my bank statement showing proof of purchase, and the email receipt with transaction ID/tracking info/matching info to my bank statement. My case keeps being closed without resolution.
I am at a total loss of what to do here. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have written authorization or approval from the brand or this company to list and or sell the products from their company? A lot of companies will authorize a supplier, but in their terms of use, you are not authorized to distribute the materials from the site they were sourced from. These suppliers are typically licensed and authorized for sale to the end consumer, no resale. I would suggest reviewing your suppliers terms of use or terms of service and work with the brand itself to obtain a letter of authorization as this will be required at this point to show proof you are an authorized distributor for the concerned brand. So you are additionally aware, if your supplier tries to issue you a letter of authorization, it will not be accepted. We will only accept an LOA if issued by the brand or rights owner only.
Your supplier's supplier....needs to be the BRAND. Is it?
Your supplier, needs to be a brand authorized wholesaler, NOT a brand authorized retailer. is it?
Sadly, that means nothing on Amazon. Thousands of RA sellers out there right now, waiting to be suspended, many of them selling here for 5 or 10 years.....
It's likely an attack from another seller. It is impossible to prove, all they have to do is buy and then lodge a complaint.
The only way to assess the origin of a product is to compare it with other identical products, the web is full of videos comparing things to the original.
A regular buyer calling something something fake, simply because it doesn't perform as expected, can't be taken seriously.
My years of experience here as an Amazon seller tell me that legit buyers are interested in solving matters such as: They didn't receive an item, or they didn't like the color, or it simply is not a good match, so they want a refund, a replacement or both.
Amazon already provides robust tools to deal with this problem: Free replacements, refunds, refunds without return, etc.
Stating that something is a fake or a knockoff, implies that the buyer already has some experience with such an item. So a first-time buyer lodging such a complaint is either another seller or just having a very bad day. And that precisely is impossible to assess.
This IS the warning system!!!!
Retail arbitrage is no longer tolerated and as of right now, you have been warned by Amazon. They MAY warn you one more time or not and then it's suspension.
