I'm currently facing an issue with the Account Level Reserve. My funds have been held in reserve for about three months now. Over the month, I have not received any responses on my cases (ID 14924484601, ID 15255330171).
To seek assistance, I posted on the Amazon forum about a month ago and received a response from an Amazon employee. They suggested that the reserve could be due to an ongoing account review or issues related to my Order Defect Rate. However, after reviewing my email history over the past few months, I found no messages indicating an account review. Additionally, my Order Defect Rate is at 0%. Unfortunately, I haven't received any further communication from the employee since my reply.
Could you kindly guide me through this situation and provide clarity on the issue?

There may be an Account Level Reserve applied to your account. While this is a normal part of the selling experience, it can be applied if there is a review of the account in progress.
We are going to escalate the issue to our partner team for further review and get back to you as soon as we have an update.

Since you don't receive any payouts at all: is it possible that you are a Citizen of or living in Russia or Belarus? Those sellers don't receive any payments any more.
