I have been talking to the live chat team daily and my issue has not been resolved yet,
I was given a wrong Case ID 15425498081 last time which does not show up on my Amazon selling Account.
This is the case ID 15778468321 on which I detailed my case.
I am writing to appeal the withholding of my funds for more than 57 days. As a loyal Amazon seller, I have always made sure to provide excellent service to my customers and to comply with all Amazon policies and procedures.
My Amazon account has been in good standing since I started selling on Amazon, and I have never had any issues with my account or transactions. However, I have recently noticed that my funds have been withheld for over 57 days, and I am deeply concerned about the financial impact this is having on my business and personal life.
As a small business owner, I rely on the funds from my Amazon account to support my business and personal expenses. The continued withholding of my funds has caused financial hardship for me and my family, and I am struggling to make ends meet as a result.
Last Funds Transaction Amazon on hold $306.24. Since then I have not received this amount.
I appreciate your time and attention to this matter, and I hope that we can resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Do you have any issues with a pending A-Z case or a recent surge in orders that triggered a velocity review?
How about policy compliance issues in Account Health such as IP violations?
