My account has been suspended without cause with no resolution!
The ASIN in question we provided with all the information required several times, which included a letter from the brand, vendor invoice, payment transaction, bank information, business documents, and ID.
We have been in business for over 8 years, and I operate my business with the highest level of integrity as the documents appear to not be being reviewed.
Can someone take a look at my case?
I appreciate any assistance as it has been several months since my account has been in this status!
Thank you, D

This type of deactivation is difficult to impossible to come back from. Why does Amazon think this? Only you can answer that question.
Community Managers can only assist/advise if you provide a case ID.
If you post the entire deactivation notice as well as the ASIN, there may be wording that gives a clue as to the reason for the deactivation. Without at least sharing that, no one can really offer any advice.
This would have been from a case you opened with Seller Support. If you didn't open a case, there will be no case ID.
You have been accused of selling counterfeit items and infringing on a brand's IP. You'll find it impossible to come back from this unless you can prove your items were authentic. For that you'll need a letter of authorization from the brand/rights holder as well as invoices and supply chain documentation.
To demonstrate the authenticity of your account and inventory, you are required to show up for a video interview verification.
How do I verify my identity and inventory supply chain?
Do you have those documents to prove to Amazon you weren't doing what you're accused of? Did you show up for your video interview?
Amazon gave you only 14 days and you're well past that at this point.
