I'm so frustrated! the Amazon returns are a joke. the buyer can choose the wrong reason (to get the return shipping paid for) than, there's the issue of the buyer sending the wrong item (they submit refund as soon as that return shipping label is scanned)
so last week a lady used my return shipping label to send me a pair of white linen pants... what did she purchase from me? 2 skeins of yarn
I filed a safety claim and have been denied twice now for a full refund.
I shouldn't have to explain to them, I didn't get back my yarn, so I'm due the money for that yarn. Amazon issued the buyer a full refund
SO STUPID!
Did you include a picture of the shipping label and packaging? If not, auto denied. Did your additional pictures show screenshots of the listing and the product you shipped/sell?
Your goal is to show Amazon the original item/ASIN as a defense and include every aspect of the return from packaging to item received in pictures.
You can't just explain to Amazon the issue or include the pic of returned item. You need to go in depth. Amazon is not smart enough to figure it out. Explain it like you're showing an elementary child.
