New seller here ... if I do not enable or use SSA or use Amazon Buy shipping labels (I am an FBM seller), do I still have to comply with the shipping timelines outlined in the new OTDR policy (5 business days standard or 8 business days free shipping)? If I'm delivering on time, based on my shipping template set up, which is longer than 5 days, will I penalized or am I just compromising the OTDR protection?
They will monitor your shipping and delivery dates-if they feel you are not meeting expectations or are exceeding them, they will make you use AHT. Not sure about SSA and we have never bought shipping through Amazon.
Hi @Seller_T9lPzYLGfUwgw, you must maintain a minimum 90% on-time delivery rate (OTDR) without promise extensions to have seller-fulfilled products listed on Amazon.com. An OTDR below 90% can result in restriction of your ability to have seller-fulfilled products listed. It's recommended that you maintain a 95% or greater OTDR for all seller-fulfilled orders.
