The issue is this review was left by a customer who cancelled their order prior to shipment.
The customer left this review:
"I contacted this seller multiple times to cancel the order BEFORE they shipped the package. Despite my attempt to cancel, they shipped anyways and now I got to deal with a return. I have been advised to refuse delivery so I will. This is the worst seller that I've had to deal with. AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COST!!!"
1)The feedback is that they were not able to cancel -but Amazon sent us the cancellation email and the order was cancelled within the hour and nothing was ever shipped.
2) They state they contacted the seller multiple times -but there is no record of them ever trying to contact us.
3) The Amazon feedback manager will not remove the feedback and because this order was cancelled prior to shipment - we cannot contact the customer to request the feedback removal since there is no link saved after cancellation.
Any thoughts?

You'll need to open a case with Seller Support and supply all the information Susan requested in her opening post.

Ratings: the customer leaves stars without comment on the product page, down under the product description. You don't see this in "Feedback Manager"
Feedback: are visible in feedback manager, the customer sees them by clicking on your seller name under the price. That is what you see in "Feedback Manager".

Sorry for the problem. There are problems in peoples lives like emergencies and health issues. This was the case regarding your order. You do not have to deal with the return, just keep the item and a full refund is yours.

Save every customer address before you do anything with the order, because you never know when you may need to bypass Amazon to deal with the customer in a reasonable, accurate, and honest manner.
This should be just one part of a seller's general policy to bypass Amazon as much as possible.
This policy has never failed me, for often the customers are as frustrated with Amazon's ineptitude as we are. The stupid ones will often take it out on the seller, unless you contact them and get them to realize that Amazon is the problem, not you.

the seller deserves the negative feedback.
I'd bet they tried to cancel several orders and got you mixed up with another seller. I've found Amazon buyers easily get orders mixed up. I've gotten plenty of feedback with descriptions of items totally different than they bought from me. Every year I also have a few people email me about their order when they bought from another seller - they just went back to the listing a contacted me because I happen to have the buy box at the moment.
