My account was suspended in April of 2024 for a duplicate or related account. I was provided with the name of the other account. It belongs to my virtual assistant that I had hired three years ago and terminated that relationship in March of 2023. I have no relationship to this account and did not even know that it existed. The account of the VA was suspended and I do not know why. I have no contact with this person any longer.
I have provided Amazon with multiple appeals. I have included the VA contract for employment, the termination letter, proof that my credit card had been compromised and reissued by Chase Bank (which I believe the VA somehow obtained my card information), a plan of action going forward, three affidavits prepared by an attorney stating that I have no knowledge of this account, I do not own it, I have no contact with the owner, that owner was a previous VA for me and I still get the same response. "Your account has been found to be related to account *******. My VA lives in another country so we have never logged in on the same device or using the same IP address.
I have sent everything I can think of to prove that I do not own this account. I have submitted everything Amazon has asked for and still they will not reinstate my account.
Please help!!!!!
