A buyer bought a shirt. I offer free shipping or a $10 express ups option.
They chose $10 option. The animal wore the shirt then a month later sent it back very smelly with no tags. It was a total loss to the goodwill bin after i wash it.
I wasn't in the mood for a battle that particular day so I refunded less the $10 express shipping they chose instead of free shipping. I figured just another joyous Amazon buyer.
Now they are doing a chargeback for the $10.
Is this correct? Was I supposed to give them the $10 outbound shipping also?
If this is the case why ever would anyone offer upgraded shipping option?
