I am currently looking to Re-activate my seller account due to an ODR issue back in 2013. At the time I decided to no longer sell through amazon and recently have been working to get Amazon FBA going. I was previously under an individual account and also now looking to upgrade to Professional.
I have sent in a handful of POAs, but have limited information due to the inactivation happening so long ago. Does anyone have recommendations on how to talk to someone from Amazon or an email to get more information?
Hello @Seller_rEqvgd1VOqC0A,
Thank you for reaching out on the forums.
From what you have shared, I see that your account was deactivated quite some time ago and you are seeking guidance with what is required for reactivation. I understand that submitting several appeals without a response can be frustrating for you so I am here to review the details and provide assistance in any way I can.
Since the deactivation occurred long ago, I went ahead and passed your information over to our partner teams for a review to be conducted. They got back to me and confirmed that your account has successfully been reinstated as of a few minutes ago. Can you check to make sure this is what you are seeing as well? If everything is good to go I am very glad. If you have any additional concerns please let me know so I can have it reviewed.
Since you mentioned that you are ready to upgrade your account to professional and start selling, I would like to share some helpful resources for you to review. As your account hasn't been active for a while, you may be asked to go through the seller identity verification process which may include conducting a video verification call. The help pages I linked will help you understand what is expected and how to prepare for the video call.
Many policies have changed over the years, so I also suggest to review our supply chain standards and document requirements to ensure you are set up for success.
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out. The forums community and I are here to support you. Happy selling!
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
