Read onlyWe started using Amazon Shipping through Veeqo as an experiment. Our results have not been good. Several packages have been delayed well beyond original delivery date. Dealing with Amazon Shipping Claims team is just as frustrating as dealing with Seller Support. Claims team keeps asking for VAT invoice for shipments. These are all domestic (US) shipments and has nothing to do with EU VAT. Needless to say, our experiment was not successful. Just wanted to put this out there for others who are considering using Amazon Shipping.
Hi @Seller_YeC1QWx3xi7TE,
Dominic from Amazon here, @VeeqoMatt should be able to help with this!
Best,
Dominic
Then your post should read:
"Caution against using Amazon Shipping THROUGH VEEQO"
I have never heard of Veeqo, but unless they are an official branch of Amaozn, then you did NOT actually uses "Amazon Shipping".
I am assuming you are not U.S.A. based. Are you not able to purchase postage using "Amazon Buy Shipping" on the Amazon Seller site?
If you ARE able to purchase postage directly through Amazon I believe you will find that Amazon WILL cover you and protect you form ALL claims of INR, based on my experience.
Finally, as we enter the 4th QTR, most of us will experience a HUGE RISE in packages being delayed as the carriers hire part-time 3rd party vendors to aid them in deliveries.
It is for this reason that ALL Amazon Sellers should purchase postage using Amazon Buy Shipping to protect them from A-Z Claims due to INR, ESPECIALLY in the 4th QTR.
Good Luck!
Hi there @Seller_YeC1QWx3xi7TEKevin from Veeqo here o/
I'm sorry your shipments are being delivered late when using Buy Shipping through us.
By the looks of the tracking numbers, looks like you shipped on time in Veeqo but the carrier delivered it late.
Can I ask you to open a ticket with our support team for a deeper investigation? You can mention this post on the ticket and we go from there
Thanks!
