Brand Name Changed to Ivooaxs

Please help! Complaint ID: 15212849691. The brand name of my product has been changed to Ivooaxs. Seller Support agreed that I am the owner and creator of the listing. But both seller support and brand registry customer service are unable to help me in changing it back. Please help! I have tried to contact the Amazon team many times, but all I get is "The details page related to this ASIN is controlled by the brand, and any information related to the product must be approved by them." My brand was maliciously changed by someone else, but Amazon actually told me to go to him to help me change it back.
Please help.

Please, can you provide the case ID where you mentioned that Seller Support agreed, but cannot assist further?
The case ID you provided here is a reimbursement request and the ASIN listed in that case does appear to be the correct brand name based on the detail page.
Please also note, if the ID you provided is in fact a complaint ID, I do not have access to review unless it was submitted via Brand Registry.
