Hello.

I have a problem with ''You must update your existing credit card information or add a new credit card to regain full access to this seller account.''

I have two credit cards added to my account. Both are full of money. One is VISA and the other is MASTERCARD.

MASTERCARD is not accepted by any marketplace, it is rejected by all marketplaces, and VISA is accepted by half of the marketplaces. How is it possible that it works in half of the countries and at the same time it does not work in the other half?!?!?!?

For MASTERCARD credit card I am receiving message: ''' Your card was successfully verified in Amazon.de.

Charge method has been updated successfully. View charge methods. '''' But still not accepted by Amazon.

The status for both cards is '' Active''.

Every transaction is successful and it is recorded in bank report for both cards ! It is shown that Amazon take 1 EUR for each transaction. For very transaction is received security code and transaction is confirmed by bank's app.

VISA card is charged more than 15 euro for one day. Is this proof that credit card is working ?!

I have cleared all the history and cookies of the browser. I have used different browsers. The problem is still there and I cannot access my account.

Please help if anyone has had a similar problem.

Now I received a message which say: ''You won't be able to add a card for the next 24 hours for security reasons. Contact customer service if you need further assistance.''

How do you solve such a problem? I do not know what to do more ! Please for help.

Hi @Seller_xwfpWvksqsJle,

in your Seller Account it should show that Amazon was unable to charge the cards. What does your Card provider say, did you contact them?
